Epoch began as a vision in the hearts of our team in the 2000s. We were eventually drawn together to begin the development process in 2016. While Epoch continues to evolve as an organization, our core values and goals remain the same.

What is Epoch?

You could perhaps call Epoch a personal development site, but those who recognize the shift that's taking place in our world might consider it a navigation resource.

We believe:
• A new culture is created by new people.
• New people are created by new beliefs.
• New beliefs are created when people hear and understand better messages than the ones they already know.

Why Epoch?

While many people today believe the world is coming to an end, we believe there is still so much more to be done.

Dynamic and lasting transformations are occurring in every part of our existence because of this unique time in human history.

While it may feel like everything is getting worse, the reality is simply that things are drastically changing on every level, which is bringing an ‘end’ to the way humanity has operated for the last 2000 years.

This same type of massive shift has happened multiple times in recorded history (every 2000 years or so), but this change of pace has never been so statistically tracked (science), globally communicated (media), and frequently observed (internet) as it is in our time.

Our goal as a team is to work with this change rather than holding onto old ways that keep humanity stuck in the past.

Our passion is to elevate and celebrate ALL people. Understanding that every person carries the likeness of God within them, and inherently carries the individual purpose and passions of such an identity; we desire to build a culture that is centered on helping each person become fully themselves.

Reality is a result of the beliefs held by those who have shaped it, and can only be changed in those beliefs.

We recognize the importance of meeting everyone where they are in their journey and allowing them to grow and become.

It is impossible to not be creating - whether it be darkness or light, good or evil, love or fear; we create these realities without end. Our goal is the creation of a new culture rather than creating the destruction of an old one.

A heart at rest is more productive, provides more value, generates more honor, and creates more powerfully than an entire army of stressed out soldiers following orders. Every project we undertake is governed by rest, and every member of our team is empowered to let rest govern them.
